To be a centre of excellence inspiring disciplined, innovative, and high-achieving learners.
To deliver high-quality, inclusive, and learner-centred education through visionary leadership, expert teaching, and active parent-teacher partnerships.
Every learner at Premier develops these essential behaviours that prepare them for lifelong success.
Building a strong foundation of understanding across all subjects and disciplines.
Developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Instilling positive character traits, ethical behaviour, and a growth mindset.
Two words on our crest, held together on purpose — quality without excellence is comfortable, excellence without quality does not last. Underneath them is ordinary, careful schooling: learners taught from Baby Room through JHS, placed by entrance assessment, and reported on in enough detail that a parent can see exactly where their child stands.

Classes run in streams, so a year group is split into rooms small enough to teach.
Every learner sits an in-person entrance assessment before a class is allocated, so a child starts in the room that actually matches where they are.
About 500 learners and 25 teachers. Year groups are split into A and B streams so no single room carries a whole year at once.
Twenty-four classes across Pre-School, Primary and Junior High, so a child can start in the Baby Room and move up without ever changing school.
Primary report cards carry a class position alongside the subject marks, with a class teacher's remark and a head teacher's remark on every report.
“Every learner has a talent. Our job is simply to find it.”
— Premier
Our curriculum follows the Standard-based curriculum of Ghana, making every child a global citizen and giving every learner the best we have to offer.
Every lesson has measurable goals aligned with national standards.
Regular progress tracking ensures no learner falls behind.
Teaching adapts to each learner's pace and learning style.
Learners meet age-appropriate milestones recognized nationally.
Each program builds on the last. Learners don't have to adjust to a new school every few years — they grow up here.
Lots of sensory play, singing, and practical life stuff — pouring water, buttoning shirts. They learn by doing, and they love it.
This is where the learning materials really come alive. Learners choose their work, build concentration, and start reading and counting on their own terms.
The bridge year. Reading becomes fluent, maths gets more abstract, and learners start working on group projects that teach collaboration.
Independent research, deeper thinking, and real responsibility. By the time they leave Premier, they know how to learn — not just what to memorise.
All programs aligned with the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum.
Our campus in Kpando, and the learners who fill it every morning.

The Parent Portal gives you a real-time window into your learner's school life — results, attendance, fees, assignments, and direct communication with the school. No more waiting for report day.
The Learner Portal puts you in control. Access your materials, submit work, check your results, and see exactly where you stand — every day, not just at the end of term.
Our JHS learners sit the BECE, and the result goes up on the gate for the whole town to see.

The banner at our entrance says it plainly — every candidate through. It stays up because it is the thing we are proudest of, and the standard the next group is working toward.

A BECE result is the end of a road that begins in the Baby Room. Every class between the two is taught with that finish in mind.
“My son used to struggle with confidence before we moved him to Premier. The class is small enough that his teacher actually knows him, and when he started falling behind we heard about it in weeks, not at the end of term.”
“As a staff of Kids College & Premier International School, I was familiar with the vision behind this school. But seeing my daughter's transformation — from shy to leading her class in discussions — has exceeded every expectation. The discipline and innovation here are unmatched.”
“What drew us to Premier was their commitment to environmental sensitivity. My daughter already reminds us to recycle and save electricity. But what keeps us here is how much the teachers genuinely care about every learner's growth.”
The best way to know if Premier is right for your learner is to walk through our classrooms, meet the teachers, and watch the learners work. We offer personal tours every weekday — just call ahead.
